The Los Angeles Clippers overcame a 17 point deficit in the 4th quarter to come back and defeat the Dallas Mavericks by 129-127 score on Wednesday night in Los Angeles, California. Guard J.J. Redick scored 33 points with 5 assists for the Clippers. Mastt Barnes scored 25 points. Forward Blake Griffin had 23 points with 8 assists.

Center DeAndre Jordon wasn’t a scoring threat in the game, but he did grab 13 rebounds and score 7 points. Jamal Crawford scored points, but he made only 4 of 13 shots.

Mavericks center Dirk Nowitski scored 27 points with 8 rebounds. Jose Calderon scored 16 points. Samuel Dalembert scored 20 points. Shawn Marion scored 14 points. Brandon Wright scored 13 points.

Denver 123
Golden State 116

The Denver Nuggets best the Golden State Warriors by a 123-116 score in Oakland, California. Nuggets Nate Robinson scored 24 points in the game, but it was in the 4th quarter where he really took charge by scoring 14 points to send the Warriors down in defeat. Ty Lawson and Wilson Chandler both scored 22 points. Lawson had 11 assists. Center J.J. Hickson scored 13 points with 24 rebounds.

Forward David Lee scored 28 points with 11 rebounds for Golden State. Stephen Curry scored 24 points. Center Andrew Bogut grabbed 10 rebounds. Klay Thompson put up 21 points on 9 of 19 from the field.

Cleveland 96
Portland 108

The Portland Trail Blazers stomped the Cleveland Cavaliers by a 108-96 score. The game was actually close going into the 4th quarter, but the Trail Blazers scored 12 straight points and were able to hold the Cavaliers to 0 at one stretch in the 4th to get the victory. The Trail Blazers outscored the Cavaliers 31-21 in the final quarter. Trail Blazers forward LaMarcus Aldrige scored 32 points with 18 rebounds. Guard Damain Lillard scored 28 points with 5 assists. Wesley Matthews scored 15 points.

Cavaliers forward Luol Deng scored 25 points with 6 rebounds. Guard Kyrie Irving shot 7 of 20 from the field to put up 21 points.

LA Lakers 114
Phoenix 121

The Phoenix Suns (22-16) dominated the struggling Los Angeles Lakers (14-25) in handing them a 121-114 loss at the US Airways Center in Phoenix, Arizona. Suns guard Gerald Green scored on 28 points and made 12 of 18 field goals. He added 7 rebounds and 2 assists. Much of Green’s output was in the 2nd half of the game. The game saw two players ejected for flagrant fouls. The Suns lost Alex Len in the 2nd quarter, and the Lakers lost Nick Young in the 2nd when he threw a punch at one of the Suns players.

Forward Channing Frye scored 20 points for the Suns. Markief Morris scored 24 points, Goran Dragic put up 18 points and P.J. Tucker scored 15 points for the Suns.

Lakers center Pau Gasol scored 24 points and was the leading offensive weapon for the team. Guard Kendall Marshall scored 10 points with 13 assists.

New Orleans 100

The Houston Rockets edged the New Orleans Pelicans by a 103-100 score in New Orleans. Rockets guard James Harden scored on a 22-ft shot in the last seconds of the game to put the game out of reach for the Pelicans. The Rockets were trailing going into the 4th quarter, but they were able to outscore New Orleans 29-19 to get the victory. Rockets forward Terrence Jones scored 25 points with 8 rebounds. Harden scored 26 points with 7 assists.

Eric Gordon led the Pelicans with 35 points with 6 assists. Forward Anthony Davis scored 24 points with 6 rebounds.

Utah 105
San Antonio 109

The San Antonio Spurs topped the Utah Jazz by a 109-105 score. The victory for the Spurs increased the team’s winning streak to 6 games. Guard Tony Parker scored 25 points with 9 assists for the Spurs. They also got 15 a piece from Kawhi Leonard, forward Tim Duncan and Marco Belinelli.

Enes Janter scored 25 points for Jazz. They also got 20 points from guard Alec Burke. Derrick Favors scored 19 with 12 rebounds. Burke had 11 assists.
